Alyson Hart provided extraordinary leadership in her many years in CARDA. She joined in December 1999 and successfully certified two dogs in both trailing and human remains detection. She deployed on 127 searches and drove more than 12,000 miles to help locate the missing. As an evaluator and a sponsor, Alyson coached several trainees through the certification process, always upholding the highest standards.
Alyson Hart represented the very best of us.
We have established a memorial fund in her honor and are working with her husband to direct funds in a manner consistent with Alyson’s passion and focus in search and rescue.
